1. Program Overview

The Coral Springs Birthday Club – Refer-A-Friend Program (the “Program”) is a promotional referral initiative designed to help spread awareness of the Coral Springs Birthday Club before its official launch. There is no official end date at this time, but the program may change or end upon the Club’s official launch.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be 21 years of age or older;
  • Confirm their email address during sign-up;
  • Receive and use a unique referral link provided after sign-up (delivered in your Welcome email);
  • Be local residents or individuals who regularly visit the Coral Springs, Florida area.

Employees or affiliates of the Coral Springs Birthday Club are not excluded, but all participation must comply with the rules below.

3. Referral Mechanics

– Each participant will receive a unique referral tracking link after email confirmation.
– There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.
– There are 6 referral reward levels and participants will earn rewards each time they reach a qualifying referral milestone.
– Referral counts are cumulative and do not reset after each reward.
– Referrals can be made at any time while the Program is active; there is no expiration on individual referral activity.

4. Rewards

Participants will:

– Receive a reward each time they reach a specific referral milestone.
– Be eligible for a vacation giveaway once they reach 18 verified referrals.
– Receive bonus entry into a monthly random vacation giveaway as their first friend referral reward.
– Be automatically entered into the monthly drawing simply by signing up — even without referring others.

Referees (the people referred) must confirm their email address for the referral to count toward the referrer’s total. This ensures fairness and helps prevent system abuse.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To preserve program integrity, the following are strictly prohibited:

– Self-referrals (signing up with your own additional email addresses);
– Posting referral links to spam, deal, or coupon sites;
– Creating fake or duplicate accounts;
– Using bots or automated tools to drive traffic;
– Any other activity deemed dishonest, deceptive, or abusive.

Participants found engaging in any prohibited conduct will be disqualified, lose eligibility for rewards, and have their account suspended or terminated without notice.

6. Privacy

By participating, users agree to allow Coral Springs Birthday Club to collect and use their data for campaign tracking and communication purposes. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties. For more details, see our full Privacy Policy.

7. Program Changes

Coral Springs Birthday Club reserves the right to:

– Modify these rules at any time;
– Suspend, postpone, or cancel the program without prior notice;
– Disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to manipulate the system.

8. Governing Law

This program and its terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
